The Cranio Sacral Society is an organisation for practitioners of Upledger CranioSacral Therapy. The members of the Society are health care practitioners drawn from a variety of backgrounds, who have done post-graduate training with The Upledger Institute.

This training enables them to develop evaluative and treatment skills based on the work of Dr John E Upledger DO, OMM, the pioneering osteopathic physician who originated CranioSacral Therapy and is Honorary President of the CSS.

Members of the Society may offer CranioSacral Therapy as the predominant aspect of their services, or CranioSacral perspectives grounded in other approaches or specialities. The Society's unique Code of Ethics and Practice holds the empowerment of the individual, and respect for the human body's self-healing capacity, as supremely important.
